  • Welcome to the official Film/Art Gallery collection of original The Spy Who Loved Me vintage movie posters, where we offer a wide range of artwork for one of cinema's ultimate action thriller films.

The Spy Who Loved Me is the tenth spy film in the James Bond 007 series produced by Eon Productions in 1977. It is the third film to star Roger Moore as Secret Service Agent, James Bond. It was directed by Lewis Gilbert with the screenplay being written by Christopher Wood and Richard Maibaum.

The film gets its title from Ian Fleming's tenth book in the James Bond series novel, though it does not carry any elements of the novel's plot.

James Bond goes on a mission to investigate the hijacking of the British and Russian submarines carrying nuclear warheads. Bond is joined by Major Anya Amasova (Barbara Bach), a Russian KGB agent. Together, they take on the antagonist and mastermind, Karl Stromberg (Curd Jürgens), as well as his henchman who has a mouthful of metal teeth, Jaws (Richard Kiel).

Commended as one of the greatest Bond movies of all time, it was considered the most critically acclaimed Roger Moore film (although Moonraker in 1979 was the most commercially successful).

The soundtrack was composed by Marvin Hamlisch. Nominated for three Academy Awards, Christopher Wood novelized it in 1977. The novel is entitled James Bond, The Spy Who Loved Me.

Film/Art Gallery's The Spy Who Loved Me movie poster collection includes a Seiko Watch tie-in style artwork by Bob Peak. It also contains a rare The Spy Who Loved Me poster featuring one of the best Bond Girls: Barbara Bach.

Film/Art Gallery movie posters are original prints and film poster collectibles. These are original movie posters. We do not carry any movie poster reproductions or reprints of any kind.
