  • Welcome to the official Film/Art Gallery collection of original vintage Diamonds Are Forever movie posters, where we offer a wide range of artwork for one of cinema's ultimate action thriller films.

Diamonds Are Forever is a 1971 spy film and the seventh in the James Bond 007 series by Eon Productions. Sean Connery reprised his role as the fictional MI6 agent James Bond.

It is loosely based on the 1956 novel by Ian Fleming, though many characters from the original book, and the idea of Tiffany (Jill St. John) as a diamond smuggler, are kept.

James Bond, armored with hi-tech gadgets, investigates a Las Vegas diamond-smuggling ring. He discovers an extortion conspiracy led by his enemy, Ernst Stavro Blofeld (Charles Gray).

A remarkable part of the film is Blofeld's use of the industrial properties of a secluded Nevada multimillionaire by the name of Willard Whyte, the character being a noticeable version of Howard Hughes.

Producers Harry Saltzman and Albert R. Broccoli were inspired by Goldfinger so the hired Guy Hamilton to direct. Shirley Bassey performed vocals on the title theme song. Diamonds Are Forever was a commercial hit, and garnered positive reviews upon initial release.

Film/Art Gallery's Diamonds Are Forever movie poster collection includes a rare U.S./Domestic poster artwork by Robert McGinnis of Connery as Bond in Las Vegas. Aside from Diamonds Are Forever poster collection, other films in the James Bond 007 series are also featured in the Film/Art Gallery's Action collection namely A View to a Kill, where Bond fought to protect California's Silicon Valley, Live and Let Die and The Spy Who Loved Me where Bond is set to defeat a megalomaniac who threatened to destroy New York City.

Film/Art Gallery movie posters are original prints and film poster collectibles. These are original movie posters. We do not carry any movie poster reproductions or reprints of any kind.
