    French postwar and contemporary visual artist Rene Ferracci (November 27, 1927 - February 25, 1982) was born in Paris, France. He designed the psoter for Le Chaud Lapin (The Hot Rabbit) (1974), about a city dweller accustomed to his job as a client bank adviser, seduces the ladies around him and leads him to the act of adultery which eventually put him to the test about his power of seduction at all costs. The film was directed and written by Pascal Thomas with Jacques Lourcelles, starring Bernard Menez, Daniel Ceccaldi, and Claude Barrois.

    In 1977, Ferracci also design the poster for Dear Inspector, about ex-lovers, one a Deputy of the National Assembly who is forced to reveal their profession when assigned to a murder case.

    During auctions, his works, depending on the size and medium of the artwork, have ranged from $469 USD to $1,167 USD. Since 2019, the record price for this artist at auction is $1,167 USD for Le Mans which was sold at Tessier & Sarrou in 2019. He died on February 25, 1982 at the age of 54 in France.
