Marilyn Monroe Movie Posters

Original Vintage Movie Posters @ Film/Art Gallery

Welcome to the official Film/Art Gallery collection of original Marilyn Monroe vintage movie posters from her critically acclaimed catalog of timeless performances.

Marilyn Monroe, born Norma Jeane Mortenson is an American actress, singer, and model. She became one of the most popular sex symbols of the 1950s and early 1960s because of her portrayal of comedic blond characters. She was a symbol of embracing one’s sexuality. Although she remained in the Hollywood spotlight for only a decade, her films earned $200 million by the time of her death in 1962. Up until now, she continues to be a major pop culture icon.

Our archive houses a bold fine poster with rare size for the Oscar-winning classic, All About Eve (1950), a comedy about an aspiring actress conniving her way into the life of an older actress (Bette Davis) to replace her.

Also found in the collection, is the poster for the glittering masterpiece, Some Like it Hot (1959), a wonderful, light-hearted comedy about two men trying to escape a mob.

You will also see a rare soundtrack poster for the George Cukor film starring Marilyn Monroe and Yves Montand, Let’s Make Love. One of the wealthiest men in the world falls in love with a lovely yet humble actress.

Also found in the collection is a rare poster for the once nearly forgotten John Huston film, The Misfits (1961), which was written for Marilyn by her ex-husband, Arthur Miller. This was the last film of Clark Gable and Marilyn Monroe.

Film/Art Gallery’s Marilyn Monroe movie poster collection includes works from the hits, The Seven 7 Year Itch, and Marilyn Monroe posters.

Film/Art Gallery movie posters are original prints and film poster collectibles. These are original movie posters. We do not carry any movie poster reproductions or reprints of any kind.
