  • Welcome to the official Film/Art Gallery collection of original Alexander Kubelka vintage movie posters from his critically acclaimed catalog of timeless cinematic creations.

Alexander Kubelka (April 16, 1968) is an Austrian artistic opera director and founded KLAS on the Heunburg. He opened his first free theater with Georg Büchner's Woyzeck and director Dietmar Pflegerl to the Klagenfurt City Theater, where he found an artistic home.

His first directorial work, Spring Awakening by Frank Wedekind, caused a sensation and was nominated by Kurt Huebner for his Director's Prize. His film Bella (1980), starring Eric Edwards, Jake Teague, and Diana Sloan, is about a fierce rivalry between teenage lass Bella and her mother Susan over the affair she is having with neighbor Tom while her father Bob is away. It was noted that Carter Stevens served as the director of photography, although uncredited.

Kubelka was engaged under the direction of Anna and with Artistic Director Günther Beelitz at the Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus and for two years with Die Physiker von Dürrenmatt. He was awarded the Carinthian State Carinthia's Promotion Prize for Dramatic Art for his Kärnten Treu in Austria. His directional works by Elfriede Jelinek earned him the Karl Skraup Prize for best director.

Kubelka opened his first season of the Vorarlberger Landestheater in 2009 with Luigi Pirandello's Die Riesen vom Berge and Manuel Rubey with the Mondscheiner band. In October 2017, it was announced that Kubelka was leaving a year before his contract expires from the State Theater.

Film/Art Gallery’s collection of original Alexander Kubelka movie posters includes 1 Sheet (27x41) poster of Bella, aka "The Amorous World of Bella," with great artwork for obscure porno. The collection also includes other Alexander Kubelka posters.

Film/Art Gallery movie posters are original prints and film poster collectibles. These are original movie posters. We do not carry any movie poster reproductions or reprints of any kind.
