Tana Kaleya is a photographer and filmmaker known for her nude photography, both female and especially male, including personalities from the art world of the 1970s and 1980s. She published the monograph Les Hommes in 1975, where she photographed, among others, Frederic Mitterand, the actor Terence Stamp, and the dancer Rudolf Nureyev. She directed and wrote the erotic film Femmes, starring Alexander Stewart and Helmut Berger in 1983. She released Chats Ateliers, a book produced jointly with Leonor Fini. She became passionate about the photographs of flowers and had exhibited in Paris, Narbonne, Perpignan.

She had an untitled photograph in Houston Museum of Fine Arts in 1980 and a photograph titled Woman, a bare back woman, in Rijksmuseum Amsterdam in 1980.

Tana Kaleya directed a drama film, Femmes, in 1983. The cast has Helmut Berger as Helmut, Alexandra Stewart as Alexandra, Dirke Altevogt as Chloe, Tina Sportolaro as Claire, Eva Cobo as Lea, and Jose Luis de Vilallonga.

Tana Kaleya was born in 1939 in Wrocław, Poland. She was placed in a Catholic boarding school. She was not able to find her parents after World War II, so she was sent to her priest uncle in Austria. After she acquired a Nikon camera, she decided to become a photographer after she quickly developed her talent for photography.
