  • Welcome to the official Film/Art Gallery collection of original Cats vintage movie posters. Film/Art Gallery offers a wide range of movie posters and artwork for cinema's ultimate Cats films.

In Cats genre, we offer artworks that wouldn’t be the same without their pussy cat stars. Cats may not dominate the film world, but cat videos and images are generating billions of views as well, so their on-screen presence demands our attention like the films:

Gay Purr-ee (1962) main characters Mouser Jaune Tom and house cat Mewsette are living in the French countryside, but Mewsette wants to experience the sophistication and excitement of living in Paris. Upon arrival in Paris she falls into the clutches of Meowrice. Mouser Jaune Tom and his friend Robespierre set off to Paris to find her. Directed by Chuck Jones and voice by Judy Garland.

An American science fiction film The Incredible Shrinking Man (1957), based on Richard Matheson's 1956 novel The Shrinking Man, the main character is relaxing on a boat and is enveloped by a strange fog. Months later, he notices that he seems to be shrinking. When he learns there is no treatment for his condition, he lashes out at his wife. The main chracter shrinks to the point he can fit into a doll house, where then he battles with their family cat. It leaves him lost and alone and without help in his basement, where he is now smaller than the average insect. Directed by Jack Arnold and starred by Grant Williams.

The Night of the Thousand Cats (1972) has a Millionaire playboy who picks up sexy young women. He then brings them to his secluded old castle, where he wines and dines with them. With the assistance of his bald mute little helper Gorgo, he murder his dates, keeping their heads in a crystal cage and feeding their chopped up body parts to his 1,000 army of blood thirty, flesh eating hungry cats. Directed by René Cardona Jr., and starred by Anjanette Comer and Hugo Stiglitz.
