My Neighbor Totoro (1988), a Japanese animated fictional film written and directed by Hayao Miyazaki and animated by Tokuma Shoten by Studio Ghibli, conveys the story of a professor's two young daughters Satsuki and Mei, who move to the countryside to be near their ailing mother. They have adventures with the extraordinary forest spirits who live near, in a post-war rural Japan. It won the acclaimed Animage Anime Grand Prix prize and the Kinema Junpo Award for Best Film in 1988, as well as Mainichi Film Award.

Spirited Away (2001), a Japanese imaginary animated film, written and directed by Hayao Miyazaki, animated by Tokuma Shoten for Studio Ghibli, Dentsu, Nippon Television Network, Tohokushinsha Film and Mitsubishi, Buena Vista Home Entertainment, and distributed by Toho, tells the story of Chihiro Ogino a 10-year-old girl. While moving to a new neighbourhood, she enters the realm of Kami (Gods). After her parents are bewitched and turned into pigs by the witch Yubaba, Chihiro then apply for a job in Yubaba’s bathhouse to find a way to free her parents and return to the human world.

In Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (2019), a humour drama film written and directed by Quentin Tarantino, a not so well known TV actor and his stunt double try to achieve fame and success in the final years of Hollywood's Golden Age in 1969 Los Angeles.
